Whitney Staiger
Regional Director of Growth
Hi everyone! I am a Nebraska native, born and raised in the northeastern part of the state in a town called Norfolk. I attended college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Go Big Red!) where I attained a bachelor degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and later attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center to complete the accelerated BSN program.
I’ve spent my entire career in the home care industry, opening the Home Care Assistance office in Kansas City in 2014 and helping build TheKey Nebraska in Omaha and Lincoln for the past 8 years. My time with TheKey gave me the opportunity to experience virtually every role a home care business has to offer, providing a well-rounded view of how the entire business works together. The majority of my time was spent in sales/marketing roles with my most recent position being the Director of Business Development. I am a registered nurse and have a long history of volunteering for causes supporting dementia and Parkinson’s disease. I hold current positions within committees at the National Parkinson’s Foundation headquartered in Kansas City. I’m a big believer in servant leadership and will do anything I can to support my team and clients.
I currently live in Omaha with my husband, Mitch, and two daughters, Collette (1.5 years) and Evelyn (4 months). Mitch is a pharmacist and owns and operates 5 stores in this area. As a “COVID wedding couple”, we ended up having two weddings - one in Las Vegas on a whim after having to postpone our original date, and then again with family and friends in Cabo San Lucas. We are very passionate about family, friends and serving our communities with the gifts we’ve been given.
I’m grateful to have found Private Home Care–the calling to serve seniors is a special one and I’m thrilled to be able to serve alongside the team here at PHC.
