Evan joined Private Home Care in March 2022 as Director of Business Development. His role entails leading strategic initiatives to grow PHC’s reach and serve even more clients and families with exceptional care.

Prior to joining PHC, Evan was Director of Growth and Partnerships at Honor, a leading nationwide home care operations and technology company. He became passionate about home care after being a family caregiver and seeing first hand the impact that support at home can make on quality of life for older adults. He later co-founded and operated Family Always, an independent home care agency in Los Angeles, CA.

Evan’s prior experience includes co-founding a healthy food startup which was later sold, and project management consulting for the XPRIZE Foundation, where he helped design and launch global prize competitions aimed at solving “Grand Challenges” including developing better technologies for patients of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).

Evan is a former Marine Corps Officer and served with 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion in North Carolina and deployed overseas with the Black Sea Rotational Force, a crisis response and foreign military training unit. Evan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Behavioral Economics from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in International Politics and Security from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.

In his spare time, Evan enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, kayaking, Cardinals baseball, volunteering for mental health, Veterans, and youth related organizations, and spending time with his family, wife Melissa, and Samoyed-Husky, Ullr.
