Judy Renth

People & Culture Manager, St. Louis

"For me, finding caregivers that are great at what they do and help our clients stay safely at home is very fulfilling. The caregiver plays such an important role, and my job is to find caregivers that align with our mission and values. I've always been told, "I've never met a stranger," and I guess that's true because I enjoy talking to people and getting to know them. That definitely comes in handy with my role."

Judy's role as People and Culture Manager entails recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising the best caregivers. Before joining our team, Judy spent nearly ten years as a lead recruiter for another home care agency. All together, Judy has spent over twenty in the home care industry. During this time, Judy has witnessed significant changes in how recruiting is done and what offerings are necessary to attract and retain the best of the best. Judy is often the first point of contact for caregivers. From the first conversation, Judy is looking for professional caregivers with a proven track record of consistency and who share our values and mission. To increase retention and reduce caregiver turnover, Judy has helped implement strategies that facilitate caregiver training and helps provide ongoing support to onboarded caregivers once they're matched with clients. For Judy, relationships and clear communication are essential in retaining best-in-class caregivers. Through her efforts, Judy has contributed significantly to creating a supportive work environment for all caregivers she brings on board.

"I want my colleagues in the field to feel empowered and motivated to provide the best care possible."
