LeAnn is a dedicated and driven leader with over nine years of executive-level experience in home care. As the Director of Operations, LeAnn is responsible for analyzing and evaluating business procedures, staying up to date on industry standards, overseeing field and office staff, and implementing policies and systems that aim to improve day-to-day operations. She also ensures we're meeting office goals while staying true to our core values and company culture.

But LeAnn's role extends beyond just managing the business side of things. She is an outspoken advocate for our clients and their families and ensures any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. LeAnn doesn't make excuses but instead provides meaningful solutions.

When she’s not working, LeAnn enjoys being outdoors, tackling challenging puzzles, and spending quality time with family and friends. LeAnn is also a life-long learner and is constantly seeking new opportunities to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Whether she is tackling a difficult outdoor hike, working on a complex puzzle, or just hanging out with her family, LeAnn is always on the go! She brings that same energy and drive to work and helps all of us stay on task.
