Lakisha E

PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVER

Inspired by her mother's career in nursing, Lakisha decided to pursue a path in the healthcare field, specifically focusing on caregiving. After two decades, she remains committed to this profession and finds great fulfillment in it.

Apart from being a caregiver, Lakisha enjoys shopping, singing, and attending church. These hobbies bring her a sense of satisfaction and balance outside of her caregiving responsibilities.

Throughout her career, Lakisha has worked with clients living with Dementia, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). She has gained the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide specialized care. She is skilled in handling catheters, tracheotomies, conducting range-of-motion exercises, and more. Recognizing the importance of individualized care approaches, Lakisha adapts her techniques according to the needs of each client.

One notable quality of Lakisha is her cheerful nature. She firmly believes in the power of music therapy and incorporates it into her caregiving practice to bring joy into the lives of her clients. Engaging them actively in singing sessions and musical activities has proven beneficial for their well-being.

When you choose Lakisha as your caregiver, you can be confident that she brings expertise, knowledge, and a genuine passion for fostering meaningful relationships. With two decades of experience under her belt and a true enthusiasm for her profession, she truly excels as a caregiver.
