Arionna is a budding caregiver, on her path to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Guided by her life motto— "When God gives you a new beginning, do not repeat old mistakes"—she brings a fresh, earnest approach to caregiving. She is often described as open, honest, consistent, and observant, traits that make her exceptionally attentive to the needs of her clients.

With specific experience in treating patients with Dementia and Parkinson’s, Arionna has honed her skills to understand and address the unique challenges posed by these conditions. She is also skilled in administering post-hospital care and excels at various forms of personal care, from bathing and grooming to medication management.

Arionna's passion extends beyond her professional duties. Growing up, she had a love for sports, which has filled her with the values of teamwork and perseverance—qualities that she brings into her caregiving role. During her time off, she indulges in reading and swimming, activities that contribute to her well-rounded personality.

Driven by a thirst for learning and a genuine care for others, Arionna aspires to continually elevate her caregiving skills. Her approach to care is both compassionate and holistic, making her not just a caregiver, but a valuable companion and a beacon of support for her clients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Have paid caregiving experience or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN
  • Be age 21 or older
  • Pass a comprehensive background check, drug test, and reference check
  • Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment
  • Have a good driving record and an insured vehicle
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Current TB immunization
