Better Pay

We value quality care over profit, so we pay our caregivers 25% more than the industry average.

Supportive, Professional Culture

Our Caregivers have 24/7 support from our office staff and Care Coordinators. Our team communicates and supports each other to make sure Caregivers have the resources they need to be successful.

Thoughtful Client Matching

We want our Caregivers to have a positive experience and enjoy going to work. We put a lot of thought into matching our Caregivers with the right client. We consider skill set, experience, and even hobbies and personality.

Continued Education

We support professional growth and provide continuing education opportunities. We offer regular training sessions at our office, and we enroll our Caregivers in conferences and virtual classes offered by hospitals, local universities, and other elder care professionals.

Great Place to Work Certified

Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights have honored Private Home Care with certification as a Great Place to Work. The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees from across Private Home Care’s locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

We want our Caregivers to offer the best care and to understand patients’ needs, so we provide our staff with a wide range of training and learning opportunities. This helps our Caregivers expand their skill sets and feel confident in their role. In addition to enrolling our Caregivers in institutional seminars, we give them one-on-one training and host company lunch and learns, small group sessions, and virtual training where they can learn from medical and home care experts.

We are a growing company, and we offer many opportunities for our Caregivers to grow and step into new roles.

We work hard to match your schedule with the client’s needs. Caregivers can choose how much they want to work. So whether you want to work part-time, full-time, evenings, or weekends, we can work with you to ensure you get the hours that you want.

We try to keep our Caregiver’s commute within 30 minutes.
