Regional Client Care Manager, St. Louis

Nora is passionate about helping older adults age at home and has a Master's degree in Gerontology to support her expertise. She has a deep understanding of the aging process and is committed to providing support and comfort to families and their loved ones. In addition to her professional credentials, Nora is a member of the Midwest Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association and holds a certification as a Care Manager and Level 1 Medication Aide. A certified care manager helps individuals and families navigate the complex healthcare system and make informed decisions about their care. They can work with clients to assess their needs, develop care plans, and coordinate medical care, social support, and home care services. As a Care Manager for Private Home Care, Nora can help advocate for our clients, communicate with healthcare providers, and provide resources to help clients manage their own care. Nora plays a crucial role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life, especially as their condition changes.

Nora's respect and appreciation for older adults were fostered during her childhood as she spent quality time with her grandparents. This experience solidified her passion for helping and supporting older adults. She cherishes the memories of these special moments, and her desire to help others experience the same sense of love, connection, and support drive her to excel in her role here. She is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive the care, respect, and dignity they deserve and works to help families navigate the challenges and complexities of the aging process with compassion and understanding.

Nora enjoys spending time with her family and pets at her home in St. Peters, Missouri, when she's not at work. She is an avid baker, especially when it comes to cookies, and loves to whip up tasty treats for her loved ones. In addition to baking, Nora is also an avid runner and enjoys participating in 5K races. She values the opportunity to get out and be active, and loves the sense of accomplishment that comes with finishing a race. When she's not busy with work or training, Nora loves to spend time with her husband, son, daughter, and sweet dog, Bella, and make the most of her time together.
