She is responsible for meeting the scheduling needs and matching of our valued clients and caregivers. She understands that it’s not just about placing the caregiver. It’s about matching the client to the right caregiver and creating the right environment to grow a positive relationship for both the client and caregiver and ultimately the company.
Lynda brings her strengths from the retail sector as operations, store and territory manager for big box retailers Calvin Klein, Levi Strauss & CO and TJ Maxx. She understands the value of customer service and culturing relationships which is vital to any organization.
After leaving the retail sector she found her passion was in caring and serving others and working in health care for the past 4 years as a self-employed private senior caregiver. Always looking for ways to service her clients better, she continued her education to become a certified dementia care practitioner, patient care technician, and EKG technician and believes you can never educate yourself enough in the service of others. When not working she enjoys creating digital paintings and acrylic abstracts and enjoys time with her family.
