Greg Kristoff

Director of Operations, Kansas City

Greg joined the Private Home Care team in April 2022 as Director of Operations in the Kansas City Office. Before joining PHC, Greg was the Clinical Operations Manager at Visiting Nurse Association, a leader in home health care in the Kansas City area. As a licensed physical therapist, having served thousands of clients in their homes, Greg is passionate about helping others and positively impacting people’s lives.

“It’s a privilege and honor to serve our clients and families, to provide care that allows them to remain living safely in their homes. I have personal experiences with the challenges that come along with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Cancer. I want to help support clients and families that are navigating their own journey and help provide care solutions.”

Greg’s prior experience includes working in senior living communities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. In addition, he has extensive experience with program development and training initiatives, bringing evidence-based programs to clients for fall prevention and Parkinson’s Disease, namely Otago and LSVT.

Greg is a former swim coach, having worked at multiple Division I Universities. He had the privilege of working with many talented student-athletes at all levels, including Olympic Trial Qualifiers.

A St. Louis native and avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, Greg has lived in Kansas City since 2007. He graduated from KU Medical Center with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Greg is married to Andréa, a Kansas City native, and has two children, a son, and a daughter.

When he's not busy with work, Greg loves spending time outdoors and staying active. He's an avid swimmer and enjoys taking trips to explore new places. Greg also enjoys gardening and staying connected to his community by volunteering with the Boy Scouts as an Eagle Scout advisor. In this role, he helps guide and mentor young scouts as they work towards achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in the scouting program. Through these various hobbies and activities, Greg is able to recharge and find fulfillment outside of his professional career.
